This post was so providential. I stumbled upon it last night. Little did I know I would need its advice tonight when my young children and I saw our neighbors across the street attempting to hang up their “ugly flag”. THANK YOU!
That your child recognized the ugliness of the flag shows that she’s already imbibed a consciousness of Beauty that should go a long way to protect her from various degradations of the soul. Twisting the natural order of the rainbow colors in the service of ideology destroys the beauty.
I tend to view the flag as the flag insane people fly. What you do in your own bedroom is YOUR business. I don't give a flying rats behind as it's none of my business. But when they want to open their bedroom doors and build their homes with glass walls so that the world can see what they do...well that crosses some lines and shows that they have mental issues. Maybe we need to have a "I'm normal" flag designed and see how many of those become popular.
Same here - my daughter is still an infant, but I will be telling her that that flag is a symbol of the mentally ill, and that we should pray for their healing because their sickness makes them do bad things.
I saw a small pride flag in the local free book stand at my local park. I threw it away. Why? Because young children go there. I personally don’t care what adults do . I do care about children being subject to things they don’t need to think about or be aware of yet. We shouldn’t have to explain because they shouldn’t b bombarded with it period!
The US is the only place that bombards everyone this month. It doesn’t fly in the Middle East , China, South Korea, or other places.
It’s a money maker here. Case in point I went to a local restaurant. They have a mimosa flight that they call a Pride flight this month. Same flight they just call it a different name in June . They give a dollar to a Pride organization yet they charge $20.00 for the drinks. It’s a token gesture.
If they really supported the cause it would b every day not just one month. Pride month is a money maker here . It makes people feel like they are supporting something, It makes them feel good. Companies try to make you feel bad if you dont support their flavor cause of the month.
It’s fake nonsense and I called them out.
Personally I dont get the whole thing about Pride. So your preference is something different and? Why should I care? I don’t and you shouldn’t care about mine. I dont fly a straight flag. There is no need to proclaim my preference.
They think they are special they are not. They want attention is all.
They are openly celebrating priDE MONth because they are demon worshippers. The communists hate God, hate humanity, and hate freedom. They want to destroy Christendom, murder 7 billion people, and enslave the rest.
The Pritzker family owns the hospitals that mutilate children and governor Pritzker personally profits from and enthusiastically celebrates the mutilation of as many people as possible because he is ugly and evil.

They pretend to powers that are not theirs and they are increasingly exposed, as we were promised by Jesus. Nothing is hidden that won't be revealed. What is whispered in an ear will be shouted from the rooftops.

Such an amazing and thoughtful post. Recently I was asked to lead a prayer meeting in our church and the Lord led me to pray for America. I asked some young members in their late twenties or early thirties to lead some segments with some such topics that challenge us here in the US. To my great surprise they said they do not feel comfortable talking about these things. It was a great shock to me. If we cannot even talk about these issues and pray about it in our own churches and homes we have truly allowed ourselves to be silenced willingly.
I run into the same thing, Mo, and the reticence to speak the truth is going to be our undoing, I'm afraid. Thank you for your willingness to work with the young people in your church. Do not be discouraged--He is with us! Thank you for reading.

Ah. The Flag of sexual deviancy, pedophelia, black lives matter, brown people intersectionality, and mental illness.
Each time they add a "victim" class to that flag it gets uglier and uglier.
Perhaps the "Pride" flag could use a little text, right along the bottom, in plain script-
"Appeal to Satan"
Because it is pure Satanism!
